Job Opportunity: Export Coordinator Location:  Feltham Hours : Monday – Friday, 9-5:30 and once fully trained 1 in 3 Saturdays About the Role: Working as an Exports Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant movement of freight through the gateway. This includes coordinating transport, managing customs processes, and maintaining accurate data, all while delivering high-quality customer service and adhering to regulatory and internal standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate vehicle collections and deliveries from airlines in a timely manner. Manage customs reports and discharge T1s from overnight deliveries. Ensure accurate data entry into internal operating systems. Maintain accuracy, safety, and security in consignment handling. Complete daily work schedules in line with departmental procedures. Resolve queries from customers and suppliers. Conduct rate reviews and support cost control initiatives. Follow strict SOPs and KPIs to ensure compliance. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Use relevant software tools including MS Office and internal systems.
