Location: Coalville, Leicestershire Salary: £50,000–£52,000 + £7,000 car allowance + benefits Working Pattern: 5 days on-site (hybrid in discussion) A well-established UK manufacturing company with multiple sites is seeking a Finance Business Partner / Senior Management Accountant. This hands-on role supports several sites, owning the numbers and partnering with operations to drive performance, cost efficiency, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Full ownership of P&L and Balance Sheet for multiple sites Production of monthly management accounts with detailed analysis Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles Attend monthly site review meetings and present insights to non-finance stakeholders Drive profit improvement and cost efficiency initiatives Manage balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls Support internal and external audits Partner with operations to improve financial performance Candidate Profile Essential: Qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or late-stage finalist Strong experience in full management accounts Proven business partnering experience Solid understanding of balance sheet management Experience with forecasting and budgeting xehkeey Confident communicator, able to challenge and influence operational teams Desirable: Manufacturing background (highly preferred) Experience with stock / inventory / costing Multi-site finance experience Exposure to ERP systems (JD Edwards a plus) If you're ready to make a real impact and take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you.
