Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Salary: £50,000–£52,000 + £7,000 car allowance + benefits
Working Pattern: 5 days on-site (hybrid in discussion)
A well-established UK manufacturing company with multiple sites is seeking a Finance Business Partner / Senior Management Accountant. This hands-on role supports several sites, owning the numbers and partnering with operations to drive performance, cost efficiency, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of P&L and Balance Sheet for multiple sites
- Production of monthly management accounts with detailed analysis
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Attend monthly site review meetings and present insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Drive profit improvement and cost efficiency initiatives
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls
- Support internal and external audits
- Partner with operations to improve financial performance
- Qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or late-stage finalist
- Strong experience in full management accounts
- Proven business partnering experience
- Solid understanding of balance sheet management
- Experience with forecasting and budgeting xbpsjku
- Confident communicator, able to challenge and influence operational teams
- Manufacturing background (highly preferred)
- Experience with stock / inventory / costing
- Multi-site finance experience
- Exposure to ERP systems (JD Edwards a plus)
