Lead the annual group audit across the UK, US,and UAE including statutory reporting Management of cash flow reporting Management of Junior Staff Business partner with other departments including HR, Client Services and Operations The Person - Financial Controller Fully qualified Accountant (ACCA or CIMA or ACA) is essential Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a similar agency is preferential Strong working knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and consolidation practices is advantageous Experience working in multi-entity, international environment is ideal Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships with non finance people is essential
