Foot Mobile Engineer Central London Salary : £50,000 - £55,000 + Call Out + Overtime Are you an experienced Foot Mobile Engineer with a strong background in high-end commercial sites? Do you have experience managing your own PPMs, reactive works, and liaising with subcontractors? We're working with a leading HVAC and FM service provider who is looking for a Foot Mobile Engineer to join their team, covering multiple prestigious sites across Central London. You will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial offices, laboratories, and plant rooms. This includes fault-finding, repairs, and ensuring the smooth operation of all M&E systems. Key Responsibilities
Carrying out switching schedules and running building shut downs and complex system works. Deliver routine PPM and electrical plants in line with site schedules and asset lists. Carry out reactive tasks, including concessionary stores and fabric-related items, ensuring swift and effective resolutions. Oversee subcontractor works, ensuring safe working practices and high-quality service. Operate a Permit to Work System in line with company and client H&S procedures. Diagnose and remedy plant faults, sourcing spares where required.
