You will have seen this brand making headlines for their growth and expansion over the past few years. Backed by a serious powerhouse of the F&B industry across Europe, they are now looking for an FP&A Manager to join their finance team. The FP&A Manager will take the lead role in business partnering and manages the budgeting/forecasting process. As part of a small team, we are looking for a hands-on FP&A professional, who will also be supporting financial control and reporting for restaurants and head office departments. What you'll do: Financial & Commercial analysis Business partner for key areas of the business (restaurants, marketing, product/technology, events) – leading regular meetings and providing ad hoc analysis and reports Communicate budgets to teams and monitor performance against them Own the weekly KPI / flash reporting process, ensuring an up-to-date view of performance Drive and support efficiency projects ad cost-saving initiatives in key areas Forecasting & Planning Manage the annual budget, business plan and quarterly reforecasting processes, coordinating inputs from the finance team and wider business Lead monthly variance analysis against budget to improve forecasts and build a culture of accountability Financial Control ...
