Group Finance Manager A rapidly expanding international hospitality group is looking for an experienced Group Finance Manager to join its London-based head office. Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and analyze weekly and monthly management reports

Draft financial commentary for senior leadership and banking partners

Support operational managers in understanding financial performance and forecasts

Co-ordinate and manage the annual budget process

Improve the format and content of management reports, including KPIs

Prepare financial information for operational performance reviews

Contribute to business plans and feasibility studies for new acquisitions

Monitor and control revenues and costs across the group

Lead or assist with ad-hoc finance projects

Enhance processes and policies to improve financial control

Manage group consolidation and financial statements under IFRS

Oversee month-end processes, journal postings, and reconciliations

Present monthly results to senior executives
