Your new company I'm currently partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing hospitality group with ambitious expansion plans across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of growth. They're seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to lead group reporting and provide strategic support to a finance team of 4-5. Your new role Reporting to the Group FC: Oversee and support the finance team (c. 5 reports) with the support of the Group FC Preparation, review and analysis of weekly and monthly management information Assist in interpreting results and drafting monthly financial commentary for the senior stakeholders Co-ordinate the budget process Assist in suggesting and delivering improvements to the format and content of management reports, covering financial information and key performance indicators Assist with the preparation of business plans and feasibility studies for acquiring potential new properties for the portfolio Assist with the monitoring and controlling of revenues and costs Ad hoc projects typical for this type of role Implement processes and policies to improve the financial control of the business and also to suggest improvements to these Group consolidation and preparation of financial statements under IFRS What you'll need to succeed
