Equifind is partnering with a fast-growing international advisory firm, that are looking who’s hands-on, commercially minded Group Finance Manager to join their dynamic fast-paced team based in Central London. This fantastic opportunity is for someone who sees finance as a key driver of growth, resilience, and operational success. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of end-to-end financial oversight across multiple regions. Lead and mentor a small team while remaining involved in the day-to-day delivery. Manage and drive external audits, enhance internal controls and build scalable reporting structures. Partner closely with senior leadership to inform and support data-backed decision-making. Play a key role in risk analysis, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning. About you: ACA qualified coupled with 2-3 years’ post-qualification experience. Strong leadership experience, ideally within a small to medium sized business. Solid foundation in financial reporting, audit and balance sheet control. Confident with systems, ideally familiar with Xero is a plus. People-focused approach with the ability to stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
