~7+ years of proven experience in leading CX transformation projects
~ Significant industry/domain experience across various sectors
~ Customer experience design, customer journey mapping
~ Implementation of Conversational AI in CX workflows
~ Strong expertise in one or more CCaaS solutions such as NICE, Genesys, AWS
~ Ability to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions across channels like voice, email, chat, social media, and SMS
~ Experience leading large technology-driven organizational change initiatives
