Overview
Join to apply for the Head of Product Marketing role at Phorest Software.
Phorest powers 11,000 hair and beauty salons using our software across the globe. Our aim is to capture 25% of the market globally – that’s one million salons and a billion-dollar company.
We are growing and would like to add a new member to our team. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals, to help us grow Phorest faster.
The Opportunity
At Phorest, the Head of Product Marketing plays a pivotal role in how we position ourselves and our product for success across global markets. This is our first leadership role at this level – an opportunity to take an existing team and elevate it into a world-class discipline. You will set the vision and standards for excellence, ensuring Product Marketing becomes a key driver of Phorest’s success – partnering with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure our story resonates with salon owners everywhere.
You and your team will be responsible for overall positioning and messaging for our core product as well as new features and improvements. You’ll build a culture of constant customer connection, ensuring insights from the salon floor inform how we tell our story. Using customers’ own words, you’ll articulate the value of our work – clearly explaining the problems we solve, why they matter, and how we stand apart from the competition.
You are a people-first leader who coaches, enables, and inspires talented Product Marketers – locally in regional markets and centrally at HQ. You thrive on marrying customer problems with new solutions and on creating messaging that excites and empowers our customers, our teams, and the industry at large. If you love hearing customer problems first-hand and translating them into powerful positioning and stories that drive growth, this role is for you.

- Customer Evangelism
- Promote a culture of customer centricity, ensuring the customer’s voice drives all positioning and storytelling.

- Build a library of case studies and success stories that bring customer outcomes to life.
- Regional GTM Enablement
- Align global product marketing strategies with regional goals, empowering local teams to deliver impact.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Ops to provide insights, tools, and content that fuel campaigns.
