Location: London (Farringdon – 2 days in office) International Scope GM1103 An international, private equity-backed marketing services and supply chain business is seeking a Head of Treasury to build and lead its global treasury function. The business delivers sustainable brand execution and supply chain solutions for major global brands. Since investment in 2021, the group has grown significantly, expanding its international footprint to 46 offices across 33 countries. Operating across EMEA, the Americas and APAC, the organisation now supports activity in 40–50 countries, with key hubs in the UK, Spain, US, India and Hong Kong. As the business continues its acquisitive growth journey, treasury is becoming an increasingly critical strategic function. The role This is a newly created Head of Treasury position with responsibility for shaping and leading the company’s global treasury capability. While elements of the treasury framework are already in place, the function requires a strategic leader who can build structure, enhance processes and introduce best-in-class treasury practices across a complex international group. You will work closely with the CFO and senior finance leadership while leading a treasury team of 3–4 based in Barcelona. Responsibilities

Lead and develop the global treasury strategy across a multi-region business Manage and optimise FX exposure, hedging strategy and cash forecasting Drive improvements in cash management and liquidity planning across 40+ countries Build and enhance treasury processes, systems and controls, including automation and system optimisation (Kyriba) Support M&A activity and acquisition integration, ensuring treasury processes scale with growth Partner with senior finance leadership to ensure cash visibility and strategic financial planning Proven treasury leadership experience, ideally within an international or multi-entity organisation Strong expertise in FX risk management, hedging and cash forecasting Experience building or transforming treasury functions Comfortable operating in high-growth or acquisitive environments Experience working with international teams and multi-currency environments Strategic mindset with the ability to remain hands-on when required
