Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the front-of-house waiting team
Deliver exceptional customer service to guests
Coordinate with the restaurant manager and kitchen team
Ensure tables are prepared and service runs efficiently
Train and support junior waiters and new staff
Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
Assist with daily service briefings
Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Head Waiter / Senior Waiter in a busy restaurant
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
Attention to detail and high service standards
Requirements Minimum 23 years experience in a supervisory role
Fluent English communication skills
Right to work in the UK
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Professional appearance and attitude
