We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Head Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for all our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
Manage table allocations, reservations, and dining room operations.
Train and support waiting staff to maintain high hospitality standards.
Handle guest queries and resolve any service issues swiftly and professionally.
Work closely with the management team to enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or senior front-of-house role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A passion for customer service and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
