A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join a HR team where you can make a real impact in shaping the HR and recruitment processes. Working as part of a high performing team in this values-driven organisation you will support with the following:
Advising Managers on all HR related queries, supporting them through disciplinary and grievance processes
Conducting investigations
Supporting Managers with recruitment and selection
Managing the onboarding and induction process for new starters
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in relation to apprenticeship recruitment and development
Supporting managers in driving performance within their teams
Producing HR reports with analytics for Management
The ideal candidate for this role will have a true generalist background with strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Strong attention to details and a professional manner are also essentials for this role.
