A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a values driven organisation with a real purpose based in the Lancashire area. My client are looking for a passionate individual to work as part of their supportive team.
Working across the full employee lifecycle, you'll provide trusted, professional HR advice while helping to shape an inclusive, engaging and high-performing workplace culture.
This is a varied and rewarding generalist HR role where no two days are the same - from supporting managers with complex people matters to developing initiatives that improve colleague wellbeing and engagement.
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing expert HR advice and guidance across policies, procedures and employment law
Supporting managers with performance management, absence management (including long-term sickness), disciplinary processes and grievances
Leading and supporting investigations with professionalism
Supporting recruitment activity and volunteer onboarding processes
Managing HR administration including contracts, letters, onboarding and offboarding documentation
Maintaining accurate employee records in line with GDPR requirements
Preparing HR reports and analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
