Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading Professional Services firm in Bristol to recruit an HR Advisor to join their growing People team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, practical HR support.
As an HR Advisor, you will be a trusted point of contact for managers and employees across multiple sites, providing guidance across the full range of people matters.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a broad range of employee relations matters, using sound judgement to resolve issues informally where appropriate and coaching managers on fair, consistent practice.
Acting as the first point of contact for performance-related queries, supporting managers to navigate processes confidently and constructively.
Contributing to firm-wide or group HR initiatives and projects, helping to shape content, maintain momentum, and work collaboratively with project leads to achieve successful outcomes.
Providing mentoring, guidance and day-to-day support to the People Operations Administration team, including training on policy, processes and good practice.
Analysing and presenting people data (e.g., MI reports, engagement survey insights, sickness and leaver trends), identifying themes and making recommendations to support effective people management.
Collaborating closely with People Operations and the wider People team to review, streamline and enhance HR processes, ensuring consistency, quality and value across all outputs.
We're looking for someone who brings confidence, expertise and a collaborative approach to the role:
Strong experience managing a broad range of employee relations casework (e.g., probation, performance, sickness, disciplinary, grievance), ideally across multiple sites.
Solid HR knowledge gained through relevant experience
Background in professional services or a partnership environment is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to coach, influence and build credibility with managers.
Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with HR data, systems and reporting.
