Elevation Recruitment Group's HR Division are delighted to be recruiting for a leading manufacturing business in Bradford, who are looking to recruit a HR Advisor into the team on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a truly generalist roles which will report in to the HR Manager and support the wider HR team. This is fantastic role to broaden your experience across all areas of HR and will suit someone who is used to working in a fast-paced environment.


As a HR Advisor your duties will include:

  • Management of the full employee lifecycle
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Managing and coordinating the recruitment of staff across 2 sites
  • Supporting with disciplinary, grievance, consultation on terms & conditions changes, flexible working and absence management
  • Provide training to new and existing Managers on policy and procedure updates
  • Supporting the wider HR Team on workplace developments and projects around engagement and DEI
  • Review, develop and promote company benefits


The ideal candidate will have worked in a manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or retail industry and have a strong understanding of UK employment law.
