My client is a market leading international law firm with an exceptional reputation, are now looking for a client focused and motivated HR Advisor to join their HR team in Leeds on a permanent basis.
The HR Advisor will be responsible for advising on and managing key human resources processes and supporting the HR Managers in the successful delivery of human resources services at all stages of the employee lifecycle while helping drive forward the global and regional people agenda through participating in HR projects and programs.
The key duties will include:
Being the primary contact for all policy related queries, ensuring advice is applied in a commercial and practical way. Conducting exit interviews, investigations for disciplinary grievance processes in Leeds and assisting with the drafting of correspondences. Working collaboratively to support the HR Managers with the timely launch and successful delivery of the performance evaluation processes.
