Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Circa £80,000
We are partnering with a high-growth fintech organisation to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner to support a dynamic and regulated business area. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
The Role
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, delivering a full generalist HR service while driving key people initiatives aligned to business objectives. Operating within an FCA-regulated environment, you will play a critical role in navigating complexity, leading on organisational development, and enhancing overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver the people strategy in line with business goals
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters within a regulated (FCA) environment
- Lead and support strategic HR projects, including succession planning and organisational design
- Identify skills gaps and drive targeted learning & development initiatives
- Develop and embed career frameworks to support progression, retention, and capability building
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and influence stakeholders
- Champion a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged culture
About You
- Proven experience operating as a Senior HR Business Partner, ideally within financial services or fintech
- Strong generalist HR background with deep expertise in complex employee relations
- Experience working within an FCA-regulated environment
- Track record of delivering strategic HR projects (e.g. succession planning, organisational development)
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at a senior level
- Passion for developing talent, with experience in L&D and building career frameworks
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
