OverviewWe are recruiting for global hospitality business for a key hire.As Finance Director, you will play a central role in shaping business performance, working closely with senior leadership to drive strategy, profitability and commercial decision-making. This role goes beyond reporting — it is about influencing direction and ensuring decisions are commercially sound as the business continues to grow.RoleFinance Director (Maternity Cover)This is a 12-month fixed-term role, starting July 2026.LocationThe role is primarily based in London, with a strong in-office presence to support collaboration and relationship-building.About the businessThe organisation operates a portfolio of hospitality and lifestyle venues, including hotels, members’ spaces, restaurants and wellness facilities.The group has since expanded internationally, with several locations across major global cities and further growth underway.Key responsibilitiesLead overall financial performance, ensuring strong controls, clear insight and a focus on profitabilityPartner with senior leadership to shape strategy, challenge assumptions and improve decision-makingOwn budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business prioritiesOversee financial reporting, governance and complianceWork closely with operational teams to drive performance improvementsSupport investment decisions and new initiatives through financial modellingBuild and lead a high-performing finance teamCollaborate with global teams on expansion and group initiativesMaintain relationships with investors, auditors and external partnersSkills and experienceFully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Significant senior leadership experience in a complex, multi-revenue businessBackground in hospitality, lifestyle or similarly fast-paced sectors preferredStrong commercial mindset with the ability to influence decision-makingWhat’s on offerCompetitive salary up to £135,000 (depending on experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr
