About the Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a driven and professional Internal Sales Executive to join their established team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will represent the business with confidence and professionalism while identifying and maximising commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage telephone, email and web enquiries efficiently and professionally
-Source products and prepare accurate quotations in a timely manner
-Proactively follow up quotations to secure orders or establish reasons for lost business
-Double-check all order details (supplier information, pricing, product details) before submission to the Support Team
-Develop and grow your customer base within your designated sector
-Build strong, long-term customer relationships
-Maintain awareness of competitors and market pricing
-Achieve individual and team sales targets within agreed timescales
-Meet and exceed agreed performance objectives
-Provide sales forecasts and reports to management when required
