The Don - Kitchen Manager We are currently recruiting an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. Benefits Working MondayFriday (45 hours maximum) Daily shifts 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Bank holidays off Closed for the Christmas period Salary up to 35K per annum (depending on experience) Staff meals on duty Job Expectations The position is for daily shifts, working from 9 am until 5 pm Monday to Friday, you will be reporting to the General Manager and the Head Chef. Your duties will be: Approve deliveries Create recipes on the till system Do stocktakes on a monthly basis and do stock checks weekly Help the General Manager and Head Chef with health and safety Help with the food preparation For this, you will need to have: Stock control knowledge Stocktake knowledge Health and Safety knowledge
