We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive school team. The role involves supporting pupils in the classroom, working alongside the class teacher, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified TA or someone with relevant classroom experience looking to further their career in education.

Responsibilities:

Support pupils' learning on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities

Help manage classroom behaviour and engagement

Support pupils with additional needs where required

Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment

Assist with general classroom duties and supervision

Requirements:

Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

Experience working in a school or educational setting

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A positive, proactive, and flexible approach

Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
