Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a Marketplace Account Executive to join a well-established and loved omni-channel fashion retailer. This is a chance to be part of an amazing business currently experiencing its most sustained growth with more projected!
This position ensures account health is maintained across all Marketplaces through regular communication internally and externally with core stakeholders.
Hybrid Marketplace Account Executive | Manchester | £28,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor KPIs for each drop shipment account, such as order fulfilment SLAs, shipping accuracy, sales tracking, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with partners to optimise operations.
- Own the Account Plan and review it regularly against milestones and targets.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance and customer satisfaction procedures.
- Understand key account strategies, issues, culture, and challenges, considering their impact on account management.
- Maintain product pricing across partners, upload in line with seasonal deadlines, and ensure full-size ranges are available.
- Complete customer product matrix, imagery, and samples when required.
- Manage stock, coordinate with the imports team on new season stock availability and seasonal promotions.
- Analyze and manage customer uptake of forward orders monthly.
- Build strong relationships with teams such as Buying, Marketing, Product, and Digital.
- Apply analytical thinking to evaluate information, future sales, and stock to inform decisions.
- Serve as the primary contact for new drop shipment accounts, maintaining relationships and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with Digital, Wholesale, Sales, Retail, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to deliver initiatives.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and intermediate Excel skills.
- Experience with customer portals.
- Strong analytical and customer service skills, especially with DTC accounts.
- Understanding of logistics from previous roles.
- Positive work ethic, self-motivation, excellent time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customers, sales agents, and colleagues.
