Account Executive – London - Mid Market SaaS (Hybrid)

The ideal candidate is a driven sales professional with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who owns the full sales cycle. They are comfortable juggling multiple opportunities, prioritising their time, and using data to consistently hit or exceed quota.


Responsibilities

  • Build, grow, and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across a defined portfolio of clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close.
  • Track and report key metrics throughout the sales process, maintaining an accurate pipeline and forecast.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned revenue and activity targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to position the product effectively.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or a closely related commercial role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at different levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to interpret and use financial and commercial data to inform decisions and prioritisation.


Compensation & location

  • Competitive base salary with a strong OTE structure.
  • Role is based in London, with a hybrid or office‑first setup depending on candidate preference and experience.
