Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

3 Days in South London
2 Days in Watford

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and general building services equipment.
- HVAC systems, Boilers and combustion plant, Pumps, valves, pipework, and water systems, Electrical distribution, lighting, and small power
- Basic fabric maintenance when required (doors, locks, fixtures, minor repairs).

✅ Candidate Requirements:

- City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
- City and Guilds 18th Edition
- Full UK driving licence.
