The Neighbourhood Housing Officer will act as the key point of contact for residents, managing tenancy sustainment, anti-social behaviour cases, estate inspections and early intervention support.This Neighbourhood Housing Officer role requires confidence in tenancy enforcement, safeguarding awareness and the ability to manage a varied caseload independently.Key Responsibilities Requirements Rate: £27 per hour (Umbrella)Contract: 3-6 monthsStart Date: ASAP
