Are you a performance-driven marketer who thrives on scaling paid social campaigns and driving measurable growth? We’re hiring a Paid Social Manager for a fast-growing digital agency in London to lead and optimise multi-channel paid social campaigns across leading platforms.


The Role


You’ll take ownership of planning, building, and optimising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging paid social platforms, managing performance from strategy through to reporting. You’ll collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver high-performing campaigns that drive revenue and growth for entertainment and ecommerce brands.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, build, and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant paid social platforms
  • Own account structure, audience strategy, and compelling ad copy development
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to consistently hit CPA/ROAS targets
  • Oversee tracking implementation and QA (GA4/GTM, UTM governance, pixel events)
  • Analyse performance data and produce actionable weekly and monthly reports
  • Lead A/B testing strategies across creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
  • Identify scaling opportunities, new audiences, and platform features to drive incremental growth
  • Share insights and performance learnings with internal teams and clients


What You Bring


  • 3+ years’ hands-on experience in paid social (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong expertise across Meta Ads; experience with TikTok and LinkedIn is highly desirable
  • Confident using GA4, GTM, and Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-led decision making
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive communicator comfortable managing stakeholders or clients
  • Nice-to-have: Looker Studio dashboards, CRO experience, or familiarity with incrementality testing
