Responsibilities
Set up and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms. Monitor live activity, implement optimisations and ensure delivery against KPIs. Coordinate creative asset delivery, ensuring campaigns launch on time and error‑free. Prepare and present performance reports with clear insights and recommendations. Support in planning and briefing for upcoming campaigns. Liaise with clients, media partners and internal teams to keep workstreams on track. Provide guidance to Account Executives, supporting their development and QAing their work. Keep up to date with retail and social media trends, platform updates and competitor activity.
Qualifications
Previous experience in paid social campaign management, ideally in a retail or e-commerce environment. Strong knowledge of Meta; experience with Pinterest and TikTok a plus. Confident working with data to inform optimisation and reporting. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a busy team while managing your own priorities. A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
