Job Overview We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Paid Social team, working on Beiersdorf, a leading global skincare brand. In this role, you will support the development and delivery of comprehensive paid social media strategies aligned with client goals and objectives. Responsibilities On a day‑to‑day basis, you will be responsible for campaign activation across multiple social platforms, ensuring all activity adheres to campaign requirements and deadlines. You will monitor and optimise campaigns to improve key performance metrics and ensure client objectives are met. You will also collect and analyse performance data, producing clear and insightful reports that highlight key results and outcomes. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with the wider paid social team and other internal stakeholders. You will also act as a key point of contact for clients on paid social matters, providing regular updates and responding to any questions and concerns. Skills & Qualifications
Confident with Excel, excellent numeracy skills and open to learning. Hands‑on experience with social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.). Strong numerical and data analysis skills to interpret campaign performance metrics and make data‑driven recommendations. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively. Experience interacting with clients to provide updates, address concerns and manage expectations.
Working Location & Hours London office, three days in the office and two days remote (hybrid model). Standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30 with flexible core hours 10:30 – 16:30.
