Are you an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant with proven experience supporting C-suite executives? Confident managing complex diaries, inboxes, and senior stakeholder relationships? If you are available to start in January 2026 and are based near Paddington, London, this could be an excellent opportunity.


We are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s most established Wealth Management organisations for an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant on a contract of at least 3 months, with potential to extend. You will provide high-level support to three senior principals: the Group CEO, Chief of Staff and Director of Strategy & Transformation.


This is a fast-paced, high-profile role requiring discretion, resilience and exceptional organisational skills.


Location: London (Paddington)


Rate: £25 per hour plus holiday pay

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (with occasional flexibility to work from home; strong in-office presence required)


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support within the CEO Office
  • Manage complex, ever-changing diaries and competing priorities
  • Proactively manage inboxes, including triage, drafting responses, and follow-ups
  • Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, papers, and reports to tight deadlines
  • Ensure senior stakeholders are fully briefed and prepared for meetings
  • Attend meetings where required, taking accurate minutes and tracking actions
  • Coordinate Board and Committee papers and support CEO and GEC reporting
  • Arrange UK and international travel, itineraries, and accommodation
  • Prepare and submit expense claims in line with company policy
  • Support senior leadership events, town halls, and off-sites
  • Act as a professional first point of contact for visitors
  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion
  • Skills & Experience Required

    • Extensive EA/PA experience supporting senior leaders, ideally at C-suite or Executive Director level
    • Proven experience handling sensitive and confidential matters
    • Strong diary and inbox management skills with excellent prioritisation
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Highly organised, adaptable, and detail-focused
    • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
    • Experience within financial services or a regulated environment is advantageous
