Personal Injury Fee Earner - Manchester - Salary Negotiable


This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded and expanding Personal Injury team with an outstanding reputation for claimant work. The team handles a broad range of personal injury matters and is recognised for delivering exceptional results for clients across the UK. With rankings in Band 1 for personal injury work in the Northwest by both Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500, this is a chance to become part of a successful department known for its quality of work, client care and long-standing presence in the market.


The successful candidate will manage an existing mixed caseload of RTA and EL/PL Portal and non-Portal fast track claims from inception through to conclusion. The role will involve progressing claims efficiently using bespoke case management system.


The Candidate


  • Solicitor, Legal Executive or fee earner with up to 5 years' experience handling their own caseload of personal injury matters
  • Experience and genuine interest in Personal Injury litigation, particularly RTA and EL/PL Portal and non-Portal fast track cases
  • Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
