Principal Recruitment Consultant

- 360 recruitment professional at Principal Consultant or Team Lead level, with demonstrable billing success (contract or perm)
- 3 years’ experience in full cycle recruiting within the Technology sector is preferred
- Excellent Account Management and Business Development experience

We will provide full mentorship and guidance into Management level to ensure you are set up for success through leadership training and constant backing from the business.
- Owning, managing, and growing your division out further
- Running a 360 desk - Business Development & Delivery within a specific domain area
- Being involved with all processes from a focal point of contact perspective to ensure maximum deals
- Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals
