We're now expanding our European footprint and are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant to take ownership of a high‑potential desk spanning Frankfurt and the Benelux region (Amsterdam, Luxembourg), with opportunities to support wider European hiring.

What you'll do:

Take the lead on key client relationships across Frankfurt + Benelux.
Deliver high-quality recruitment for senior business support roles.
Drive proactive growth in new and emerging European markets.
Represent Joss Search at roundtables, events, and networking forums.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, supported by Candidate Managers.
Build and nurture a high-quality candidate network across Europe.

What we're looking for:

We want someone who is:

An experienced Senior or Principal Recruiter who can hit the ground running.
Confident in managing client relationships at a senior level.
Able to operate independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
Motivated by building something and excited by the growth of the opportunity.
Strong on delivery standards, process, organisation and relationship‑building.
Experience recruiting for clients in Europe (preferred, not essential).
German speaking (preferred, not essential).
