Principal Recruitment Consultant - Hedge Funds & Quant Technology

London Cannon Street (Hybrid)


Acquire Me is a specialist recruitment firm supporting hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and market makers with technology and quantitative hiring.


We’ve built strong, direct relationships with key decision makers across trading and quant teams over the past eight years, and we’re expanding our team with experienced recruiters.


The Opportunity:

Step into a high-calibre, specialist market handling senior-level mandates. You’ll work directly with decision-makers, leveraging established client relationships, and operate in a performance-driven environment with autonomy and uncapped commission.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven agency recruitment experience with a track record of billing
  • Comfortable managing clients and running full 360 recruitment processes
  • Commercial, organised, and delivery-focused


Open to strong Consultants through to Principal-level recruiters.
