What You’ll Do (Your First 12 Months)

  • Take ownership of warm client relationships from day one.
  • Deliver on senior-level requirements, secure retained and project-based work.
  • Build and manage a full 360-degree desk with autonomy and trust.
  • Influence how we scale, bring your own ideas to shape our strategy, structure, and service offering.
  • Become a core member of a growing US-focused team with clear progression opportunities.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in Finance or Technology recruitment.
  • A strong track record running a successful 360 desk.
  • A commercial mindset with the confidence to win, grow, and manage client relationships.
  • A preference for an adult, outcome-driven culture.
  • Confidence to operate autonomously with freedom and creative approach to problem solving.
