Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite. Office located near Liverpool Street. 4.5 day work week. Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission (up to 42.5%).

Currently we're hiring for an experienced 360 recruiter (must have proven business development experience) with a background in Change & Transformation. The person:

This role is suited to a recruitment consultant who has experience in the change and transformation markets across the UK on either interim or perm.

  • Clear and professional communication with clients and candidates
  • Ideally you will have 2 years or more of recruitment experience with proven business development experience. We are flexible on levelling based on experience.
