Interim Senior Operational Excellence Specialist (Fintech | Payments | Regulated Environment)

Global Fintech Commercial Operations | Immediate Start | 6‑Month Contract


We’re looking for a high‑impact Interim Process Improvement Analyst to drive complex, cross‑functional process improvement initiatives across our Global Fintech Commercial Operations function.

If you thrive in fast‑paced, regulated environments—especially payments, fintech, or financial services—this role puts you at the centre of operational transformation.


What You’ll Do

Lead end‑to‑end process improvement initiatives across Commercial, Product, Finance, Procurement & Legal

Document and redesign processes for scalability, control, and compliance

Run workshops, map workflows, and implement global best‑practice operating models

Drive operational excellence using Lean, Six Sigma, or other problem‑solving frameworks

Install controls to safeguard improvements and ensure long‑term compliance

Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, up to Senior Director level


You will have a background in process improvement, operational excellence, or advisory roles

Proven ability managing complex stakeholder groups

Regulated or payments industry experience (required)

Skilled in structuring, planning, and root‑cause problem solving

Able to juggle multiple workstreams with speed, clarity, and accountability

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus (not essential)
