Our clients, a fast-growing, digital-first company is looking for a Product Manager to join its expanding product team.

*Up to £65,000 - Hybrid - Plus Bonus

The Role

You’ll work across the full product lifecycle—from discovery and ideation through to launch and optimisation—within a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll design and run A/B tests, using data and user insight to inform product decisions and drive measurable improvements to performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests from hypothesis to analysis
• Define success metrics and ensure strong experimental design
• Collaborate closely with engineering to implement accurate, trackable tests
• Partner with data/BI teams to monitor KPIs and uncover insights
• Analyse results and present clear, actionable recommendations
• Work with design and user research to inform hypotheses with user insight
• Manage and prioritise the experimentation roadmap

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a Product, CRO, or Growth role
• Hands-on experience running A/B or multivariate tests (not just reporting)
• Strong understanding of experimental design (control groups, sample sizes, statistical significance)
• Experience in a high-end retail eCommerce environment (essential)
• Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally
