The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Team Leader or someone ready to step up to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You’ll work closely with the Production Supervisor, leading a small team while remaining hands-on.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Leading and motivating a small production team

* Producing high-quality products to specification

* Training team members and supporting their development

* Operating and monitoring bakery and cooking equipment safely

* Ensuring production plans and KPI targets are met

* Accurately preparing and weighing ingredients

* Following recipes, SOPs, and production orders

* Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality

* Completing production logs and quality checks

* Supporting line changeovers and cleaning between runs

* Identifying and reporting faults or issues quickly

* Driving continuous improvement on production lines

What We’re Looking For

* Experience as a Team Leader (or line leader)

* Ready to take the next step in responsibility and accountability

* Strong communication and time management skills

* Ability to follow SOPs and maintain strict quality standards

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

* Basic IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)

* Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene (preferred but not essential)

Working Environment

* Hands-on role in both hot and cold production areas

* Working with gluten and allergens

* Lifting up to 25kg (with support/equipment)

* On your feet for extended periods

* Occasional flexibility required (e.g. weekend shifts during peak periods)
