Professional Indemnity Solicitor - In-House | London (Hybrid)

Looking for an opportunity to move in-house and take on a strategic role in risk and compliance? This is your chance to join a global legal team where you'll manage professional indemnity matters and influence best practice across the business.

As a Professional Indemnity Solicitor, you'll advise on professional responsibility, regulatory compliance and risk issues, while working closely with senior stakeholders to manage claims, complaints and insurance programmes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Advising on professional conduct, regulatory compliance and risk management
• Handling professional indemnity claims and circumstances, liaising with insurers and external counsel
• Supporting annual renewal of global PI insurance and associated programmes.
• Managing client complaints and maintaining compliance registers
• Monitoring risk trends and reporting to senior management
• Assisting with policy development, training and implementation of new legislation

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with experience in PI claims and compliance
• Strong knowledge of SRA Codes of Conduct and regulatory frameworks
• Commercially astute, proactive and solutions-focused
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
