The Role
I'm working with a leading national law firm that is looking to recruit an Associate (3+ years PQE) to join its highly regarded Specialty team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work on complex, high-value litigation within a supportive and collaborative environment. You'll handle a broad range of professional indemnity matters, defending claims against professionals such as solicitors, engineers, financial advisors, and construction specialists. Experience or interest in coverage work, reinsurance, or property damage disputes would be a real advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload and assist senior lawyers on complex matters
• Prepare detailed reports, correspondence, and court documents
• Advise clients on liability and coverage issues
• Liaise with insurers, insured clients, experts, witnesses, and counsel
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to business development initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years PQE with experience in professional indemnity litigation (guidelines only).
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
