About the role

We are currently working with a tier 1 global consumer technology brand that is continuing to evolve its direct-to-consumer (D2C) experience across Europe.

We are looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery and optimisation of a Reviews Programme, driving operational excellence and enhancing customer engagement through user-generated content.

This is a hybrid role based in the London area with three days in the office and two remote.

This role pays up to £275 a day.


Key responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end operational delivery of customer feedback programmes across Europe.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including local markets, product teams, senior leadership, and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate clear stakeholder communication, including regular updates and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Continuously optimise processes to improve efficiency and programme effectiveness.
  • Design and deliver regular reporting on review performance and operational metrics.


Your background:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in project management or operations, ideally within digital marketing, social media, or customer engagement environments.
  • Strong understanding of product reviews, community management, and customer feedback.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or Confluence.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
