Project Manager – CAT A & CAT B Fit Out

Location: London

We are working with a well-established fit out contractor delivering high-quality CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out projects across London. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile office fit-out schemes in a fast-paced environment, with a business known for quality delivery and strong client relationships.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing CAT A & CAT B office fit-out projects from inception to completion
• Leading pre-construction activities including programme development, procurement, and design coordination
• Managing site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
• Maintaining full control of programme, cost, and quality throughout delivery
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Ensuring high standards of health & safety are maintained at all times
• Managing project risks and driving solutions to maintain programme
• Overseeing commissioning, snagging, and final handover

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the fit-out/interiors sector
• Strong track record delivering CAT A & CAT B commercial office projects
• Excellent understanding of construction processes, MEP coordination, and programme management
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projects
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White) preferred
