Property Litigation Solicitor (Senior Associate to Director Level) Leeds - Hybrid Working Tier 2 Legal 500 Firm Competitive Salary + Benefits (From £80,000+) An established and forward-thinking legal practice is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer to join their growing team. This opportunity is suited to a solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE who is looking to take on a senior role within a collaborative and ambitious environment, with scope to support and guide junior colleagues. The team works closely with the wider real estate department and handles a broad spectrum of complex and high-value matters. The Role: In this role, you will handle a broad range of property-related disputes and advisory matters, including:
Managing landlord and tenant issues across commercial portfolios, such as lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations, and break options Advising on property rights matters including easements, option agreements, and restrictive covenants Supporting developer clients with site acquisition strategies and securing vacant possession Handling matters relating to secured lending, including repossession cases You will take ownership of a varied caseload while contributing to the continued development of client relationships The position also involves mentoring junior lawyers and playing an active role in team supervision. 6+ PQE Solid experience within a property litigation or real estate disputes team, ideally acting for commercial clients Strong technical knowledge across a range of landlord and tenant matters Confidence managing a busy and diverse caseload with minimal supervision A proactive approach to client service and business development The ability and interest to support and develop more junior team members Commercially aware, organised, and capable of working both independently and as part of a wider team.
