Due to continued growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Associate (4 years' + PQE) to join the firm’s Property Litigation team in Leeds. This role offers flexible hybrid working, alongside an attractive and competitive remuneration and benefits package. Working closely with highly regarded Partners within a top Legal 500 ranked firm, you will advise a broad range of public and private sector clients on the full range of contentious property advice and litigation. The role includes
Acting on disputes in the County Court, High Court and specialist tribunals, including First‑tier and Upper Tribunal matters Advising on a full spectrum of contentious landlord and tenant issues Providing strategic, commercially focussed advice outside of formal litigation proceedings Handling residential and commercial forfeiture, rent reviews, service charge disputes and leasehold management issues Advising on Building Safety Act and related regulatory issues Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate Supporting business development and contributing to the continued growth of the team
About you
4 years’ + PQE with strong litigation experience Comfortable running your own caseload with appropriate senior support Technically strong with sound procedural knowledge Interested in mentoring or supervising junior colleagues Commercially aware and keen to contribute to team growth
