A prestigious and award-winning law firm is seeking an experienced Property Partner to join their expanding London office. This is a standout opportunity for a senior lawyer with strong technical expertise and proven leadership ability to shape the future of a dynamic and ambitious property team. The ideal candidate will bring excellent client-management skills, strong commercial awareness, and a desire to mentor and support developing lawyers within the department.


Responsibilities


  • Leading and growing a successful property team while managing a high-quality caseload
  • Overseeing complex residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction to completion
  • Providing strategic advice to a diverse portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, investors, developers, and corporate clients
  • Driving business development initiatives and contributing to the firm’s growth strategy
  • Guiding and mentoring junior lawyers to support their professional development
  • Ensuring exceptional client service and maintaining the highest levels of compliance and professional standards


Qualifications


  • Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with significant post-qualification experience at senior associate level or partner level within property law
  • Strong technical expertise in residential and/or commercial property matters
  • Demonstrable track record of building and managing client relationships
  • Proven leadership skills with experience supervising and developing junior team members
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and business development abilities
  • Ambitious, collaborative, and commercially minded
