Responsibilities:

- Answering calls & taking messages 
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Manager office supplies
- Manage events and social media
- Provide diary management support for the team
- Assist with ad-hoc duties

Key Skills and Experience:

- 1-2 years in an admin or similar position
- Corporate office experience desirable
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrates initiative
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Discretion required
