Recruitment Consultant Industrial (Temporary Division)

Are you an experienced recruiter or someone with a strong sales mindset looking to build a career in recruitment?

We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Banbury branch, specialising in industrial temporary recruitment. This is a true 360 role, where you will take ownership of both client relationships and candidate delivery.

Youll be joining a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same. From winning new business to ensuring clients are fully supported with high-quality candidates, this role offers a great mix of sales, service and operational delivery.

What youll be doing:

  • Building and developing new business opportunities across the Banbury area
  • Managing and growing existing client relationships
  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates for temporary industrial roles
  • Filling vacancies quickly and efficiently to meet client demands
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial brief through to placement
  • Maintaining compliance and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates

  • Previous recruitment experience or a strong background in sales/customer-facing roles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
  • A team player with a hands-on approach
